It has now been six months since I started my ophthalmology training in
the South West. Recently I passed a major milestone - my first complete
cataract surgery operation! This was tremendously rewarding and it
really does just seem like yesterday that I made my first corneal
incision. I'm looking forward to reviewing the patient in a couple of
weeks' time....
