What is a Competency Based Interview?

You must convince the interviewer that you are the best possible person for the job. Before you enter the interview room you are just one name on a long list. Make sure that by the time you come out of the interview, yours is the only name on the list.

Psychometric tests aim to measure attributes like personality, aptitude and intelligence, providing potential employers with an insight into how well you work with other people, how well you handle stress, and whether you will be able to cope with the intellectual demands of the job.
